People cannot help with information they do not have. MYQER gives you a free emergency profile and a card with two QR codes, so the things that matter can be known in seconds. No app, and no login for the person helping you.

  1. Create your profile

    Add the details that matter, such as allergies, conditions, medications and emergency contacts. You stay in full control of what you choose to share.

  2. Generate your card

    MYQER creates two QR codes for you, automatically.

    • The online QR shows your latest information when there is signal.
    • The offline QR still works anywhere, even with no signal.

  3. Save, print and display

    Download your card and keep it where it can be found. On a card, a lanyard, a bag, a fridge, a passport pouch, or a school file.

  4. Anyone can scan it

    A helper scans the QR with a phone camera and sees a clear emergency summary in seconds, with simple colour cues that show how urgent things are. They do not need training, an app, or a login. Just a willingness to help.

  5. You stay in control

    The emergency view is read only and shows only what you chose to share. No tracking. No selling of your data. You can edit or remove your information at any time.
